Delivery/Shipping Policy
The available delivery options and their costs will be shown on our website when you place your order.
Standard UK orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped at weekends or bank holidays.
You can also choose Premium Next Day delivery if you need your order sooner. Please note that the cost for next-day delivery may change.
If we're handling a lot of orders or there are issues with the courier service, deliveries may be delayed. If we know there will be a significant delay, we'll contact you by email to let you know and please allow extra time for your delivery to arrive.
You will receive confirmation of shipment and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders outside of the UK.
Damages - Tonic X is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged on receipt, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please ensure that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation
As Tonic X is an ingestible supplement, all sales are final. Due to health, safety, and quality control regulations, returns cannot be accepted. We prioritise the safety and integrity of our collagen products, and therefore, cannot restock any items once they have been shipped out.
Exchange - We can only provide exchanges for defective items. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at info@tonic-x.co.uk
